Hicks is charged with third-degree burglary, possession of a controlled substance and possession of Drug paraphernalia.
Phillips is charged with third-degree burglary, first- and third-degree receiving stolen property, first-degree theft, Drug trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, possession of Drug paraphernalia and unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle.
Drug investigators also located a small bag with “ice” methamphetamine in a bedroom at Phillips’ residence and two small baggies of “ice” meth in Hicks’ possession.
as mentioned in SANFORD (WGME) — Two people are behind bars and more than eight pounds of heroin and fentanyl are off the streets, after the largest Drug bust in Maine history.
According to the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, the street value of the drugs is over $1.8 million.
Maine Drug Enforcement agents say more than 35,000 individual doses of heroin and fentanyl are now off the streets.
Both Bolduc and Farrar were charged with unlawful trafficking and are being held at the York County Jail on $250,000 cash bail each.
Half of the amount was seized in Sanford and the other half was sized in Massachusetts.
