The superintendent for the Hamilton native Schools territory is on paid administrative leave after police tell he was in possession of crack cocaine in west Columbus.
Bike patrol officers said they noticed the vehicle by its lights on as it was partially blocking a garage & the alley.
The officers suspected he was participate in prostitution or drugs, because the ambit is known to be active for both activities, police said.
That is while officers said they approached the vehicle, identified Morrison, & searched his vehicle after he agreed to get out it.

COLUMBUS (WCMH) — The superintendent of a Central Ohio school territory was placed on administrative leave after he was catched on drug charges over the weekend.
According to court of law documents, Columbus Police catched William Morrison, superintendent of Hamilton native Schools, on Friday after finding a crack pipe & a suspected crack rock in his car.
The Hamilton native School territory Board of Education called a special meeting for Sunday after learning of Morrison’s arrest.
The school board voted unanimously to place Morrison on paid administrative leave.

COLUMBUS – The Hamilton native School territory board of education held an contingency meeting Sunday & placed superintendent William J. Morrison III on administrative leave.
Morrison was catched around eight p.m. Friday night on possession of cocaine & possession of drug paraphernalia in the ambit of Sullivant Avenue & South Hague Avenue, according to Franklin province Municipal court of law documents obtained by 10TV.
According to the documents, police found a white Acura RDX parked in the alley of Sullivant Avenue by the parking lights on, partially blocking a garage & an alley.
Morrison was placed on paid administrative leave & Mark Tyler was made the interm superintendent.
Tyler has been the territory helper superintendent ever ever July 2015.
